Download the PayCalc application from the link above and install it.

Run

Open the application from your desktop. PayCalc is a standard ".exe" application and does not require an internet connection once the download is complete. Any information you enter into PayCalc stays on your computer and is not visible to anyone on the internet.

Enter Your Pay Rate

Enter your Pay Rate at the top of the screen. Use only numeric characters. DON'T enter a dollar sign ($).

Enter Your Hours

This part is much like filling in a Pay Short form. For each day of the week, enter the number of hours you should be paid for each assignment.

If you have worked a run, enter "8h: 30m" for your "Run" hours. If the run duration was over 8 hours, enter the addition over-time hours in the "Over 8 Hrs" box below.

Every time you change an entry, your pay is automatically calculated, updated, and displayed at the bottom of the screen.

Sliding Through Time

Click the Arrows to increment/decrement time in 1 minute intervals.

Click on the Scroll Bar's "track" to increment/decrement the time-entry in 15 minute intervals.

Drag the Scroll Bar to change the time-entry quickly.

Note: The "Run" bar has only three stops... "0h: 0m", "4h: 15m", and "8h: 30m".

Over-Time and Holidays

Check the "OT" box if the assignment should be paid at the over-time rate. Example: Day Off work

Check the "Holiday" box if you are entitled to holiday pay that day.
